The Auto BCC plug-in has 2 options: you can create a rule for all outgoing messages or for messages that meet certain conditions. If you choose the second option, BCC or CC copies will be created for messages sent only from one of your Outlook profiles, or messages sent to the specified addresses only, or those containing particular words or phrases in the subject line or the attachment name. You can also create exceptions for your rules and use several key phrases for each condition.
