GoldMail, Tungle & WiseStamp: Perfect Symbiosis
by Nancy Nardin on September 9, 2010
I couldn’t wait to write about the announcement today from GoldMail, Tungle, and WiseStamp.
GoldMail has been a favorite of mine for awhile. In fact Josiane Feigon and I included them as a “must-have” tool in our InsideSales 2.0 Tools E-book (but it’s great for anyone in sales and marketing).
GoldMail solves so many problems that sellers and marketers face today. Here’s a big one:
With GoldMail, a non-technical business person can take a Power Point, a picture or a screenshot and then record, in their own voice, a personalized message that puts the data in context and conveys – complete with nuances and affect – what is most important.
As a result, viewers will better understand your message and retain the information for a longer period of time. Further, GoldMails can be tracked, so the sales person knows who’s viewed it and can thus focus on the most promising prospects.
According to GoldMail, seventy percent of all calls go directly into voicemail. And forget sending information as an attachment. It’s just not a compelling way to communicate with prospects.
I’m new to WiseStamp, but after taking a look at it I have one major complaint. It’s not available for Microsoft Outlook users. But if you’re a web -based email user (like GMail, or Yahoo Mail)fortune has smiled brightly on you.
If it sounds like I’m gushing – it’s because I am! These 3 tools together represent the ease-of-use, and utility that’s needed in the real-world of sales. And now they all work together “seamlessly” in a perfect symbiosis.
The hype here is deserved.
Take a couple of minutes to view these GoldMail messages from today’s announcement and you’ll understand. Then go ahead and sign-up for an account so you can use them yourself – all 3 of them are free. (note: GoldMail has 2 fee-based versions starting at $9.99/mo and Tungle will have a fee-based service in the future).
