This is one of those utilities you’ll wonder how you lived without (and why Outlook doesn’t have it already).
You’ll need to join in order to get the add-on, but you can join at many different levels, including a free version which will work fine for this.
When you download the add-on, you’ll end up with many functions that work with the spoke network. But even if you don’t use Spoke, you’ll find this to be a invaluable tool. | |||

When you open an email, you can simply highlight all the contact data, then select add-ons on the top Outlook menu, and click “add-to-contacts”.
Or, if Spoke has the contact in its database, it will automatically display a summary of contact information and all you have to do is click to add the data to Outlook.
That’s it, now they are in your contact list. |
