Very simple Outlook Add-in that improves on the built-in follow-up functionality.

It adds a toolbar with three icons.

Follow-up icon toggles a flag/category for follow-up and sets to the follow-up search folder.

Delegate icon toggles a flag/category for delegate and sets to the delegate search folder.

Remind me icon opens simplified reminder date/time for email.

It's simple, but makes it so much easier to stay on top of emails that YOU need to follow-up on and those that OTHERS need to follow-up on.

Have you ever sent an email to someone expecting them to follow-up and take care of something? A few days go by and all of the sudden you remember, “oh, so and so never did what I asked them”. Then you have to go track down the email you sent them in your outbox. You re-send it to them and say “what happened, why didn’t this get done?” They respond saying they were busy and they saw the email but just forgot.

Outlook Track-It makes it easy for you to stay on top of the emails you send to others. In the example above, you would have clicked the “delegate” button to mark the email as one you want to watch to make sure it gets done. After a few days, you can just scan through your delegate search folder and follow-up on the emails they forgot.

It’s free for 15 days. Watch the video to learn more about it.
